CGP's Extrusions for 1/4" and 3/8" glazing

CGP's aluminum profile series is manufactured from the AlMgSi 0.5 alloy (6060, 6063) in accordance with DIN 1725 standards. It is a commercial-grade aluminum known for its corrosion resistance.

 The aluminum profiles are coated with powder enamel, ensuring a minimum thickness of 70 μm on all visible surfaces, following the international RAL color scale. The coating process involves electrostatic application and polymerization at a temperature range of 320-392°F.
