How we work
- Project Support
Step 1. Measurements
Send us measurements in any format. It can be a hand drawing or a detailed floor plan in any format. Fill in request a quote form or send us a direct email. You can always give us a call to consult the details.
Step 2. Quote
Based on the measurements we will provide you with a quote and the shop drawings. Usually this process takes 1 business day.
Step 3. Approval
- Review the quote and the drawings (sizes, correctness of measurements and quantities). Make sure that the shipping address you mentioned is valid and the delivery option matches your needs.
- Sign all documents and send them back to us via email.
Step 4. Payment
All orders require a 100% payment to start. The moment we receive your payment we start the manufacturing process.
Step 5. Production
Our usual lead time is 15 business days + transit days required for delivery.
Step 6. Shipping & Receiving
Shipping: We will provide you with the tracking number once your order is shipped out. Be noted: we offer only a sidewalk delivery service. The carrier will contact you a day before to establish the delivery time window.
If you do not have equipment on-site to offload:
- You can rent a forklift
- We can assist to arrange a Tow truck delivery for an additional cost. We will have an option on this upon arrival of the shipment at the destination terminal.
Receiving: Check Arriving Crate / Tube for external damages. In the event the packaging appears to have visual damage, make appropriate notes on the freight bill of landing. Make sure driver acknowledges the damage in writing. Please send us the signed paperwork and photos of damage to email@example.com, so we can assess damage, file the claim and send you replacement material.

Step 8. Project support
We will continue to consult you after the installation.
