Delivery:

We offer only a sidewalk delivery service. The carrier will contact you a day before to establish the delivery time window.

If you do not have equipment on-site to offload:

  • You can rent a forklift
  • Or you will need to have at least two people to unload the items and take them to your space.

Returns:

  • After production has started, all sales are final and you are responsible for any unpaid balances.
  • Once approval is given, you are FULLY responsible for any error that may have been overlooked.
  • The warranty will not apply to any part of the system that will be altered by the client after product delivery.
